GOP frontrunner Donald Trump says his rival, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), has to sell himself to the Republican Party bosses because he can’t win with voters.

“Lyin’ Ted Cruz can’t win with the voters so he has to sell himself to the bosses-I am millions of VOTES ahead! Hillary would destroy him & [Kasich],” Trump posted on Twitter Monday morning.

Trump is arguing that Cruz can’t win with the voters so he is using the Republican Party bosses to collect delegates for the GOP National Convention. Trump’s allegation comes after Cruz has swept the delegate selection in states where delegates are picked rather than holding a state-wide primary election, such as North Dakota, Colorado and Wyoming.

Cruz fired back, telling the real estate mogul to stop “whining.”

Cruz posted his response on Twitter: “Donald, over 1.3mm people just voted in UT, ND, WI, CO & WY. You lost ALL FIVE in a row, by huge margins. #NoWhining.”
