President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, unloaded on the corporate media for “going after” him and stated former Vice President Joe Biden is “protected and immune” to scrutiny akin to the Clinton Foundation.

“WP, NBC, and CNN are going after me because I’m the messenger, and covering up the message, Dem corruption,” Giuliani wrote on Twitter Tuesday. “Meanwhile, they have yet to ask Biden difficult questions because he is protected and immune like the Clintons and crooked Clinton Foundation!”

The Trump attorney’s tweet comes after chairmen of the House Intelligence, Oversight, and Foreign Affairs committees subpoenaed him to produce documents regarding former Vice President Joe Biden’s Ukraine scandal by October 15th.

A so-called “whistleblower” complaint, authored by a partisan federal bureaucrat, alleges President Donald Trump and Giuliani sought to direct the government of Ukraine to look into the business activities of Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, who previously received $50,000 monthly as a board member of a shady gas firm, Burisma Holdings, despite gaving no expertise in the energy sector. Last year, the former vice president boasted to the Council on Foreign Relations about threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid unless a prosecutor looking into Burisma was fired.

The complaint — based on secondhand information, or hearsay — alleges President Trump asked Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelensky to probe the Biden family during a July 25th telephone call. Both the president and Zelensky have denied any pressure was applied and the White House released a transcript of the world leaders’ call in a nod to transparency.

“I think you read everything. I think you read text. I’m sorry, but I don’t want to be involved to democratic open elections, elections of USA. No, sure, we had I think good phone call. It was normal. We spoke about many things, and I — so I think and you read it that nobody pushed me,” Zelensky told reporters at the United Nations in New York City last week.

Meanwhile, Giuliani has vehemently denied the allegations made by the anonymous Deep Stater and has sought to keep the focus on the Biden family’s corruption. Giuliani’s strategy has infuriated the Biden campaign, prompting them to demand all major television networks to keep the Trump lawyer off the air.

“We are writing today with grave concern that you continue to book Rudy Giuliani on your air to spread false, debunked conspiracy theories on behalf of Donald Trump. While you often fat check his statements in real time during your discussions, that is no longer enough. By giving him your air time, you are allowing him to introduce increasingly unhinged, unfounded and desperate lies into the national conversation,” the Biden campaign wrote in a letter to network executives. “We write to demand that in service to the fact, you no longer book Rudy Giuliani, a surrogate for Donald Trump who has demonstrated that he will knowingly and willingly lie in order to advance his own narrative.”
