NFL Commissioner: Dolphins 'Bullying' Case May Lead to Changes in Workplace Rules

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell indicated this week that the league is looking to change the league’s workplace rules after it compiles a special report about what led Dolphins lineman Jonathan Martin to leave the team. Martin has accused fellow teammate Richie Incognito of “bullying” and “harassment” that included voicemails in which Incognito used the “N-word” and threatened to kill Martin.

According to the New York Times, Goodell said the NFL is “looking at the workplace environment and what changes should be necessary” while compiling the report.
