EXCLUSIVE: DHS to End CDC COVID-19 Migrant Removals Within Days, Says Source

A high-level source within the Department of Homeland Security says the agency set a tentative date of April 1, 2022, to end the emergency Centers for Disease Control and Prevention migrant expulsion authority, Title 42. The move, according to the source has the agency scrambling to deal with the mass migration event expected to hit the U.S./Mexico border as a result of the action.

Texas Rep. Beth Van Duyne, TPPF Launch Lawsuit Against CDC Mask Mandate

The TPPF Legal Counsel, TPPF’s executive director Rob Henneke, and Texas Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R-TX) announced a lawsuit Wednesday against the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), demanding and end of the federal mask mandate on planes and public transportation hubs, contending that the federal agency’s mandate constitutes an abuse of power.
