Piers Morgan said that the President Obama announcing that he might give up five percent of his annual pay for being President was a “pointless exercise” that really just “annoys people.” “If he gave up the vacations,” Morgan later added, “which are costing the taxpayer hundreds of thousands of dollars, it might have more impact than five percent of 400,000.”
