Comedian Bill Cosby is speaking directly to his fans in a 10-second video message Monday.

The peculiar clip, released Monday by ABC’s Good Morning America, shows the beleaguered 77-year-old comedian sitting in a chair, wearing a pair fuchsia pajamas and talking on an old telephone about his upcoming tour.

“Yes! I’m gonna be in Wheeling, West Virginia, Capital Music Hall!” Cosby says into the phone on the clip.

“You know I’ll be hilarious. Can’t wait!” he says.

The comedian also included a message to fans to accompany the video: “Dear Fans: I hope you enjoy my wonderful video message that’s filled with laughter. Hey, hey, hey, I’m far from finished.”

Although more than 30 women have now come forward to accuse Cosby of either drugging them, raping them, or both, he has maintained his innocence. This is the first time he has spoken publicly on video since November, when allegations that he spent decades preying on aspiring young actresses and models first surfaced.

Cosby made no mention of those allegations in the promotional clip.
