Biker Mob in NYC Blocks Traffic, Scares Pedestrians

WPIX- New York: The NYPD is seeking the public’s help to ID some reckless motorcyclists. The guys seen in this video blocked off traffic on Broadway in upper Manhattan. The bikers were popping wheelies and driving in circles in the middle of the street Sunday. Police say their reckless behavior risked the lives of pedestrians and motorists.
