Democrat Sen. Mark Udall's Son Arrested for Heroin Possession

On Janauary 29, Senator Mark Udall’s (D-CO) son, Jed Udall, was arrested in Boulder County, Colorado for trespassing and heroin possession.

According to the Daily Camera, when City of Boulder rangers and Boulder County deputies responded to a call, they found Udall had “broken into three cars.” They also found “heroin, a used syringe and a spoon on [Jed], who also reportedly admitted to using heroin 48 hours prior to the incident.”

In addition, the owner of one of the cars said that “$78 had been stolen,” but law enforcement officials found “no large sums of cash” on Udall.

Udall told deputies he was simply “looking for jumper cables because the car his friend was supposed to pick him up in had a dead battery.”
