WSJ: Clinton Foundation Got Millions From Foreign Nationals While Hillary at State Dept

The Wall Street Journal reported that while Hillary Clinton was serving as secretary of state, The Clinton Foundation accepted millions of dollars from individual foreigners with strong connections to their governments, including a Ukrainian parliament member and a member of the Saudi royal family.
