Vice President Joe Biden plans to attend the memorial service in honor of the fallen soldiers who were shot and killed at a military recruiting center. Four marines were killed in the shooting as well as one Navy officer.
The Biden family is vacationing in South Carolina this week were they are expected to discuss a possible run for president.
Biden is expected to make a decision about running for president sometime in September according to Delaware Online.
