Rick Tyler, Sen. Ted Cruz’s former national campaign spokesman, has been hired by MSNBC as a contributor.
Tyler announced on Twitter that he will be making his first appearance as a contributor Friday on Meet the Press Daily.

Cruz asked for Tyler’s resignation after Tyler posted a video on social media that falsely claimed that Rubio told a staffer there are “not many answers” in the Bible. However, Rubio actually said that “all of the answers” can be found in the Bible.
