President-elect Donald Trump responded to news that the cast of Hamilton took to the stage to lecture Vice President-elect Mike Pence on Friday night.

“We had a guest this evening,” one of the cast members of Hamilton stated on Friday night, encouraging audience members to take out their phones to spread his message. “Vice President-elect Pence, I see you walking out, but I hope you will hear us just a few moments.”
He continued, “We sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us.”
Hamilton’s official Twitter account shared the video of the cast member’s lecture.
