Report: NFL Teams May Use Police Experts to Check Players' Tattoos for Gang Affiliations

NFL teams may reportedly hire police experts to the check the tattoos of players for signs of gang affiliations.

According to Bruce Feldman of CBS Sports, a “longtime NFL personnel” man said after Aaron Hernandez was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of Odin Lloyd, NFL teams may use “police experts” to see if players have any explicit gang-related tattoos

There has been widespread concerns that players have had gang signals and symbols tattooed on their bodies to be on full display on Sundays.
