Madison Bumgarner Can't Find New Chevy Colorado

San Francisco Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner can’t find his brand new 2015 Chevy Colorado truck, fully loaded with “technology and stuff,” that he won last week for being the MVP of the World Series.

The presentation of the truck to “Mad Bum” went viral after Regional Zone Manager Rikk Wilde, aka “Chevy Guy,” came across as a combination of Chriss Farley and zany Toronto Mayor Rob Ford on live TV.

Deadspin reported that when Bumgarner was asked on the Dan Patrick Show where the truck was, Bumgarner had no idea. The MVP said that “it’s been so busy the last few days” and that he’s been talking with his agent about “tracking that thing down and see if we can get it sent to the house and have some fun with it. But as of right now I do not have it and don’t really know where it is at.”

At any rate, when he does find the truck it looks like Madison’s dad Kevin may be the one driving it through the backwoods of Dudley Shoals in the foothills of the Appalachians, where both live during the offseason. The senior Bumgarner said that Madison has so many trucks, “I got hopes he might give that one to me.”

Recently, Kevin Bumgarner admitted in an interview with New York Times reporter Michael Powell that he sometimes can be tough on his son. When Madison pitched his 4-hit shutout against the Royals in game 5, the first thing Kevin said to him was, “Don’t forget you were 0-4.”
