The shooting of an intruder who “pushed through the door” of a home on July 2 has been ruled “justified” by the District Attorney in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.

Three gunmen stormed a Dallas, Texas, home, restrained a woman and took a child at gunpoint. On May 23, a retired homeowner shot through a door, killing a suspect who was allegedly “trying to kick in [the] front door.”
