Big Bend Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended multiple migrant groups attempting to sneak into the U.S. interior with being arrested. Agents teamed up with Texas law enforcement to make arrests of camouflage-wearing migrants hiding in the brush.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) provided an additional payment of $9 million in border security funds. The payment is in addition to a previous $4 million grant awarded to the state earlier this year.
U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to Puerto Rico teamed up with local law enforcement to seize more than 1,300 pounds of cocaine and arrest two illegal alien drug smugglers.
