Three masked thieves rammed an SUV into the glass doors of the Wells Fargo History Museum in San Francisco, California Tuesday, holding a guard at gunpoint while they pilfered gold artifacts. Leaving the SUV behind, the smash and grabbers hopped into a getaway sedan and off into the night.

First Lady Michelle Obama will host Captain Phil Tingirides and Sergeant Emada Tingirides of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) in a box seat at Tuesday night’s State of the Union Address in Washington, D.C. Two men allegedly approached a woman and her two year old son at a Covina, California market multiple times Wednesday night, persistent in their attempts to purchase the woman’s child, ultimately throwing $100 at the woman as she escaped the men in the market’s parking lot.

SF Police Shoot, Kill Trespasser Carrying Replica Gun

San Francisco police fatally shot a man on Sunday after he trespassed onto clearly marked, restricted police property and pulled out what appeared to be a pistol but turned out to be an airsoft BB gun. The man was transported to San Francisco General Hospital, where he died shortly afterwards from his wounds.

Texas Man Who Reportedly Pointed Gun at Police Fatally Shot

Texas City Police shot and killed Carlton Smith, Jr., 20, outside of a nightclub called HT’s Lounge early Friday morning. Smith’s family is disputing whether it was necessary to shoot him, but the owner of the club says that his surveillance camera footage supports the police’s version of events.

Vallejo, CA Residents Rally for Police

In Vallejo, CA, roughly 30 miles north of San Francisco, roughly 60 demonstrators rallied Saturday in support of their police officers, according to the Vallejo Times-Herald. The police supporters met in front of the Vallejo Police Department, holding signs emblazoned with messages such as “police lives matter.”

Silent Ferguson Protesters Block Downtown St Louis Street

Only the sound of footsteps were audible as protesters marched down the streets of St. Louis past City Hall with duct tape on their mouths in silent protest over the police-involved shooting deaths of Mike Brown in Ferguson, Missouri and Eric Garner in New York . Activists got loud, however, as they ended up down at the landmark St Louis Arch, flooding the entrance to the Visitor’s Center chanting, “FTP, F**k the Police” and “Hands Up Don’t Shoot.”

MA Woman Hurls Pork Products at Police, Calling Them ‘Pigs’

A police officer working in the Framingham, MA Police Department got a belated Christmas present Friday morning: a young woman carrying a doughnut box filled with raw bacon and sausage allegedly hurled them at him and smeared the meat on the window in front of him. Lindsay McNamara, 24, who claimed God told her to go “feed the pigs,” was arrested immediately and charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property.
