Breitbart News Sunday Launches on Sirius XM

SiriusXM and Breitbart News today announced a new limited-run six-week series: “Breitbart News Sunday with Stephen K. Bannon.” Beginning April 14, the show will air Sundays from 7pm EDT to 10pm EDT through May 19 on SiriusXM Patriot (channel 125), also the home of Mark Levin, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck.

Breitbart News Sunday will be a six-week series that will influence and shape each week’s news cycle and narratives by showcasing the late Andrew Breitbart’s legacy of fearless journalism that sought more–not less–voices.

Breitbart News Sunday will be broadcast live from SiriusXM’s Washington, D.C. studios.

The three-hour program will feature commentary and analysis from the editors of and contributors to the Breitbart News Network. It will provide Breitbart News’ editors and contributors yet another platform and forum to not only showcase their stories but to discuss them more in detail with some of the country’s leading influencers in politics, media, and culture.

Larry Solov, CEO and President of Breitbart News Network said, “Sunday nights have always been the launch pad of the news cycle, and we are very excited to work with SiriusXM Patriot on Breitbart News Sunday. As we strive to carry on Andrew Breitbart’s legacy of fearless journalism, we intend to use this program as a platform for ‘more voices, not less.'”

Breitbart News Sunday will feature stories from, among others, Joel Pollak, Alex Marlow, Ben Shapiro, Peter Schweizer, Wynton Hall, John Nolte, Larry O’Connor, Matt Boyle, Kerry Picket, Mike Flynn, Tony Lee, Brandon Darby, Lee Stranahan, Liz Sheld, John Sexton, Sonnie Johnson, Meredith Dake, Christian Toto, Jon Kahn, Michael Patrick Leahy, Warner Todd Huston, AWR Hawkins, John Pudner, Mary Chastain, Rebel Pundit, Susan Berry, John Xenakis and other Breitbart News contributors.

In addition to featuring expanded stories from Breitbart News and regular commentary from Breitbart News’ editors and contributors, “Breitbart News Sunday with Stephen K. Bannon” will also feature interviews from a vast array of newsmakers, from government leaders, entrepreneurs, cultural thought leaders, authors, filmmakers, citizen journalists and others.

Bannon, the Executive Chairman of Breitbart News, has hosted the acclaimed “The Victory Sessions,” which had been broadcast Sunday evenings in Los Angeles on KABC after Dodgers baseball and featured tough but fair interviews and discussions not only with conservatives, but liberals and those in the mainstream media. He has been a regular guest host on other SiriusXM programs such as “The Wilkow Majority” and “The David Webb Show.”

Bannon is a former Naval Officer and Goldman Sachs investment banker who graduated from Harvard Business School. He has also produced specials and movies–like Boomtown on Fox News and “The Hope and the Change”–that have resonated with Americans fed up with Washington’s bipartisan permanent political class.
