Chicago Cop to Reporters: 'Your First Amendment Right Can Be Terminated'

This abuse of power in the most corrupt city in America and yet another display of the 'War on Cameras' should really come as a shock to no one.

Here, a Chicago cop tells reporters from NBC Chicago their First Amendment right can be terminated if they're "creating a scene or whatever."

One of the reporters threatens to file a lawsuit, to which the cop responds, “I don't care about no damn lawsuit!  F*ck a lawsuit. Just ’cause you sue doesn’t mean you’re going to win.”

Donte Williams, a photographer for WGN-TV Chicago, was then arrested along with another journalist and detained for 10 minutes. They were then released without charge.
