White House: 'No Reason' To Believe IRS Targeting Was Politically Motivated

Jay Carney told the White House press pool on Wednesday that the President has “no reason” to not believe the IRS Inspector General’s report stating that the targeting of conservative groups was not politically motivated. The report stated that employees targeted conservative groups for “efficiency” and Carney said that the administration has no reason to doubt that was the case.
