Waters: Trump ‘Does Not Have a Record of Having Supported Women Anytime, Anyplace, Anywhere’

On Tuesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “All In,” Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) stated President Trump “has supported those who have violated women” and “does not have a record of having supported women anytime, anyplace, anywhere.”

Waters said, “[T]his president does not have a record of support for women. He has demeaned women. He has supported those who have violated women. Don’t forget, you know, he supported a pedophile candidate for the United States Senate. So, whether we’re talking about spousal abuse, wife beatings, or whether we’re talking about the violation of women and children, he does not have a record of having supported women anytime, anyplace, anywhere. And no, he’s not said anything about the victims because he really does not care. He believes — I think that he believes that Porter is okay, that he wanted to keep him. He wanted to promote him, despite the fact that I think that not only did we have others who knew about his past, but I think the president knew.”
