Lisa Farbstein, a public affairs spokeswoman for TSA, is being criticized for invading the privacy of a passenger by tweeting a photo of the passenger’s bag which contained some $75,000 in cash.
The Transportation Safety Administration employee tweeted a photo, taken at Richmond International Airport in Virginia, of the cash-stuffed bag with a message saying, “If you had $75,000, is this how you’d transport it? Just asking!”

But immediately, other Twitter uses began to criticize the TSA employee, saying she was invading the privacy of the passenger.
TSA officials say that the passenger was not detained, and the bag broke no rules.
This isn’t the first time the TSA and its employees have been accused of invading travelers’s privacy. When the intrusive full body scanners first came out several years ago, the TSA was beset with accusations of invasion of privacy, not to mention charges that the machines were unconstitutional.
