Breitbart Sports Has 90% Accuracy Rate on National Signing Day

On National Signing Day, Breitbart Sports had a 90% accuracy rate, far outpacing the the country’s best ratings agencies – like – by predicting correctly where 18 of the nation’s top 20 high school prospects would attend college.

Correctly predicting where eighteen-year-old recruits will choose to spend their college careers with 90% accuracy is not easy. In addition, the Breitbart Sports’ predictions often went against the grain and were not conventional, shoo-in selections. Here are just a few examples:

  • Defensive tackle Eddie Vanderdoes was almost universally predicted to select UCLA; We picked Notre Dame, and we were right.
  • Safety Vonn Bell was thought by most sites to be headed to childhood favorite Tennessee; We picked Ohio State, and we were right.
  • Defensive end Elijah Daniel was expected to join the throng of elite prospects bucking tradition and signing with Ole Miss; We picked Auburn and we were right.
  • Cornerback Mackensie Alexander was mostly projected to Auburn; We picked Clemson, and we were right.

In the coming months, our team of analysts – including myself – will be looking at the NCAA tournament, the NFL Draft, and the NBA Draft with John Pudner, the foremost expert in basketball statistical analysis forecasting the NCAA tournament as well as the ability of college players to add value to their NBA teams.
