Report: Tom Brady May Be Playing with Injured Throwing Hand

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady may be playing with an injured hand. Questions have been raised about why his passes have not been as crisp as they have been in years past, and a recent photo from a charity event in which Brady had his two fingers taped may indicate that he is not playing at 100%.

Brady will start on Sunday as the Patriots play host to the Miami Dolphins.

From ProFootballTalk:

Eyebrows were raised this week when Patriots quarterback Tom Brady landed on the injury report with the same right shoulder injury that once consistently rendered him “probable” to play, week in and week out.

It could be that disclosing the shoulder injury was aimed at concealing another injury.  Via ESPNBoston.com, Brady appeared at a charitable event on Saturday with the middle and ring fingers of his throwing hand taped together.
