NFL: There Will Be Female Official in 'Next Year or So'

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said that the NFL will have a woman official on the field in the next year.

According to the Associated Press, Goodell said, “there will be a woman official on the field in the next year or so.”

As Breitbart Sports reporter Mary Chastain noted, four female officials recently officiated a D-II Thursday night game.
