Bill Reiter, a Fox Sports reporter who was at an LAX terminal when gunfire broke out on Friday, tweeted about his harrowing experience that he likened to “Columbine.” He described the scene as being filled with “chaos” and fear,” and he said the first thing he did was call his wife to tell her that he loved her and their kids. Reiter said he has “never been so glad to have been home early from work last night to have time with my kids in my life. Most special Halloween ever.” One Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent was reportedly killed while at least two others were injured.
I was at the Virgin terminal at LAX when gunfire broke out. Many of us have run on the tarmac. I don’t know what’s happening but I’m fine.

An LAX employee just told me there was a shooting at the airport in the terminal. I asked if t/shooter was down he said he couldn’t tell me.
