Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina will deliver a foreign policy speech on Monday from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.

According to the Fiorina campaign, her remarks will focus on national security issues presented by the United States’ relationship with China. The news will be officially announced by the campaign on Wednesday morning.

The speech is scheduled for 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Television and online broadcast arrangements are still being finalized and will be reported on the candidate’s Twitter account, @CarlyFiorina, once the details are confirmed.

Set just a few weeks before the first Republican primary debate in August, this speech comes at a strategically critical time for the Fiorina campaign. Fiorina is one of about seven Republican contenders jockeying for position in the polls, hoping to be included in the top ten and invited to the debate stage.
