EPA Chief Gina McCarthy: Obama Clean Power Plan Is ‘Incredibly Wicked Cool’

Monday at the White House, while introducing President Barack Obama, who was announcing his Clean Power Plan, EPA administrator Gina McCarthy said it was an “incredibly wicked cool moment.”

McCarthy said this is “Really such an incredibly wicked cool moment,” adding Obama “saw climate change for what it was—a threat to our core American values.”
