New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s four-game suspension for deflating footballs is back on, reports ESPN NFL reporter Adam Schefter.

Schefter said Monday on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” that U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York ruled Brady must serve the initial four-game suspension he was hit with by the NFL before the 2015 season for his part in “Deflate-Gate” dating back to a playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts for the 2014 season. Appeals court later overturned the suspension and Brady played the entire season.

It is believed Brady will continue to try to fight the suspension if he can. If it holds up, Brady will miss games against Arizona, Miami, Houston and Buffalo.

“The story that has been an ongoing drama for the last two years continues to go on, continues to have ramifications and continues to shock the NFL and the latest has come in the form of that suspension being upheld,” Schefter said.
