On Wednesday’s broadcast of C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) responded to a question on why there is a fence around the Capitol if walls don’t work and are antiquated technology by stating that he doesn’t agree with the fence that has been constructed around the Capitol.
