It’s been one year exactly since Robin Williams was found dead of suicide at his home in Tiburon, California.
The talented actor and comedian, who was only 63 at the time of his passing, left behind a legacy and a body of work unparalleled by most in the entertainment business.
On Tuesday, actors and actresses, comedians, colleagues and friends of Williams took to social media to remember the icon and the art he shared with the world.
Check out a sample of the heartfelt tributes below:

"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of the intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the beauty in others; to leave the world a bit better wether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you lived here. This is to have succeeded" #Emerson You succeeded RW #RobinWilliams
I still can't believe I am waking up this morning in a world without #RobinWilliams
It still hurts…
You were hilarious!
