Former New York Congressman Barney Frank recently slammed Vice President Joe Biden, saying he “lacks discipline” and criticized him for constantly fondling women.

Now that he is safely out of Congress, it seems that Frank no longer has to toe the party line, at least where his opinion of the Vice President is concerned. The retired Rep. has a lot to say about the handsy vice president.

“Joe is his own worst enemy,” Frank told Larry King on Ora.tv. “He’s a very bright guy, very good values,” Frank said, “But he just–he can’t keep his mouth shut or his hands to himself.”

Frank went on to say that he thinks Biden has “good intentions,” but his antics “diminished people’s perception of his abilities.”

These comments come after a series of incidents where Biden was photographed manhandling several different women, not to mention his years and years of verbal gaffes.

Biden’s most recent actions had him all over social media and TV when his roaming hands were seen caressing the wife of Defense Secretary Ashton Carter.

Stephanie Carter later claimed she wasn’t offended by the handsy veep, but Biden took much criticism for being so familiar with the woman.
