A Wisconsin barber is accused of giving one customer the haircut from hell after he allegedly snipped the man’s ear on purpose and shaved his head down the middle.

VIDEO: Police: Barber intentionally snipped customer’s ear, cut bald path down head

Police say the 22-year-old victim told officers that he went to Ruby’s Salon in Madison Friday to get his sideburns shaved and a one-inch trim off the top of his head, but he wound up losing more hair than he bargained for.

The victim said the barber began twisting his ear to get him to stop fidgeting and then snipped his ear with scissors.

The barber then allegedly shaved down the middle of the victim’s head, leaving a bald strip on his head that made him look like Larry from The Three Stooges.

The victim called the police, who arrested Khaled A. Shabani, 46, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

“While it is not a crime to give someone a bad haircut, you will get arrested for intentionally snipping their ear with scissors,” said Madison police spokesman Joel DeSpain.

The customer promptly left the salon after the incident and had another stylist shave his head completely before he went home for Christmas.

Shabani was ticketed for disorderly conduct for violating a county ordinance but is not facing criminal charges.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge Wednesday and told investigators it was an accident.
