The NRA is lowering Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum’s (D) grade to “Fx” to highlight his to ties to Michael Bloomberg-sponsored gun control groups.

The Guardian‘s Lois Beckett tweeted:

According to the Guardian, the “Fx” lets voters know that certain candidates not only fail to support gun rights, but are actively supported by Everytown for Gun Safety and/or Michael Bloomberg’s other groups, Moms Demand Action.

Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) and Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL) received “Fx” grades as well.

Everytown president John Feinblatt attempted to spin the new grade as a moral victory for Everytown. He said, “If there was any doubt that Everytown was the counterweight to the NRA, this proves it once and for all.”
