Jaguars Could be Headed to London Sooner Rather than Later

The Jacksonville Jaguars may have passed on the chance to take a franchise quarterback in April’s NFL Draft, but that does not mean they are not set to be on the cutting edge of something special.

Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com is among many who are speculating that the Jacksonville Jaguars are likely to move to London a few years down the road.

Roger Goodell and league officials are eyeing sending a team or teams overseas to compete for attention in Western European markets. Owners are not eager to increase the number of teams to further divide the revenue sharing amongst existing teams; however, they are anxious to expand the global presence of the league. In addition to Jacksonville, Oakland, St. Louis, and San Diego are teams that reportedly could be potential movers.
