Notably, I placed Oregon over Ohio State in what remains a neck and neck battle for #2. The biggest upward mover is Miami, up to #13 from #24, while Florida (#13 to #21) and Notre Dame (#15 to #23) were tied as the biggest fallers who remained in the Top 25.
