Zinke’s Interior Department Blasts National Parks Board Resignations: Good Riddance

The liberal media, including the Washington Post and National Public Radio, reported on a “mass resignation” of nine of the 12 members of the National Park Service advisory board. They reportedly resigned because Department of the Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, who oversees that agency, would not meet with them and opposed their positions on climate change and other environmental issues.

Zinke On Interior Budget: Obama $15 Billion Revenue Cuts Enough to Pay for Entire Maintenance Backlog for National Parks

Calling President Donald Trump’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2018 a “new foundation for American greatness,” Secretary of Interior Ryan Zinke told reporters on a Tuesday conference call that the loss of revenue suffered under the Obama administration could pay for the “entire backlog” of maintenance for national parks, with about $3 billion to spare.
