BDS Fail: PepsiCo Buys SodaStream for $3.2 Billion

TEL AVIV — PepsiCo bought carbonated drink maker SodaStream for $3.2 billion on Monday, a move that the Israeli company’s CEO hailed as a victory for over the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement (BDS) which long targeted the company.

Report: Pitzer College Overturns Boycott Israel Student Resolution

The Pitzer College board of trustees announced on Friday that, following “careful consideration,” it had decided to “rescind…and declare…to be of no effect” a student government vote held during Passover to add an anti-Israel boycott into its bylaws.

Wall Street Giant: BDS Stands for ‘Blind, Deaf and Stupid’

“I would say that BDS stands for ‘blind, deaf and stupid,’” quipped Wall Street mega-investor J. Morton Davis at an event last week honoring the state of New Jersey for passing legislation against the Boycott, Divest and Sanction (BDS) campaign targeting Israel.

The Times of Israel reports: SodaStream, the Israeli company that brought homemade carbonated drinks to kitchens around the world, is making a bid to conquer the home pub with the introduction of Beer Bar, its first homemade brew.
