Speculation: Scioscia for Mattingly 'Trade' Possible The situation for the two Los Angeles MLB franchises is quite similar. Both have broken the bank to win, and neither is being successful at it. Chippy: Tiger, Sergio Exchange Words After Rain-Shortened Third Round at Players Tiger Woods and Sergio Garcia just plain don't like each other. During a rain delay in the third round, Garcia told NBC that he hit an errant shot on the second hole because he was distracted when Woods pulled a club from his bags. Even though video replays showed the noise occurred while Garcia stood over his ball and not during his golf swing, Garcia was having none of it. The two barely acknowledged the other on Saturday on the golf course. Woods, Garcia, and Lingmerth are tied for first at -11. Woods and Garcia, though, will not be in the final pairing on Sunday. Garcia and Lingmerth will be the last group that tees off. Woods tees off with Casey Wittenberg (-10) in the group before them. by Tony Lee 11 May 2013

The amended rule states that agents "must come from an accredited college but there's no question that if you don't have one, this rule would prevent you from recruiting players."
