Pardon the Interruption: Obama Golfs with Wilbon, Kornheiser

President Barack Obama golfed on Saturday with “Pardon the Interruption” hosts Tony Korneisher and Mike Wilbon, who is a Chicago native and sports fan.

According to a pool report, Wilbon and Kornheiser joined Obama at Fort Belvoir in Virginia shortly after 10 a.m. EDT.

Obama has had a friendly relationship with ESPN reporters–Obama has filled out NCAA college basketball brackets for the network every year since he has been in office–and Kornheiser once said Obama’s basketball blunder in which he only made two of 22 shots in April was actually the “most embarrassing” moment of his presidency.

The White House tours still remained canceled due to the sequester as Obama takes Secret Service agents on his golf outings.
