Chinese Woman with 4 Phones, Malware Arrested at Mar-a-Lago During Trump Visit

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — A woman carrying two Chinese passports and a device containing computer malware lied to Secret Service agents and briefly gained admission to President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club over the weekend during his Florida visit, federal prosecutors allege in court documents.

But the appellate precedent underlying that order is wrong, so the Justice Department should continue appealing it all the way to the Supreme Court, where the case should be dismissed under the political-question doctrine.
