Republican Congressman Ron DeSantis (R-FL), continues to push forward his pro-Constitution agenda of legislating, as he introduced a bill that would challenge President Obama’s Executive Orders on healthcare.
In the video clip below, Fox News dug up a 2008 campaign speech then candidated Obama made when e advocated for “checks & balances” in the governement, but now will go down in history as the President who sidestepped the U.S. Congress, and pushed his own agenda by using Executive Decisions to do so.
This is not the first time DeSantis has stuck it to President Obama. Earlier this year, DeSantis introduced a bill that passed in the House, which overturning one of Obama’s executive orders.

The freshman congressman also introduced another bill that forced Obama and Congress to enroll into the Obamacare exchanges.
