Appearing via satellite from Kiev where she is monitoring the elections as a delegate of the International Republican Institute, Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) told “Fox News Sunday” this weekend that while most of the voting is going well throughout the Ukraine, the blame for any unrest in the eastern region lies with Russia President Vladimir Putin.
She added that Putin is the one “who could dial this up or dial this down.”
