Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File,” Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer discussed President Barack Obama’s disconnect from the reaction of lawmakers on both sides questioning his decision to swap U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl with five top Taliban commanders.
Krauthammer said “The president is arrogantly saying the furry in Washington is whipped up as if there are no arguments on the other side” adding “The fact that he thinks everybody who is opposing him presumably is doing it out of partisan or political motives is simply shocking. And it tells you that he doesn’t understand the gravity or even the nature of what he’s done.”
