Pence: Trump in Warsaw ‘Reaffirmed Our Nation’s Commitment to Be the Leader of the Free World’

Thursday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Vice President Mike Pence discussed his key takeaways from President Donald Trump’s speech earlier in the day in Warsaw, Poland.

Pence told “Hannity” fill-in anchor Laura Ingraham that Trump reaffirmed the United States’ role in the world and said that the president “laid out a vision for the West” in that speech.

“I think what the world saw today is what we see every day in this president and that is unapologetic American leadership,” he said. “I mean, it really is remarkable to think that for the last eight years we had an administration that was, more often than not, apologizing for America around the world, boasting about leading from behind. And today in Warsaw, Poland with those eloquent words that your viewers just heard again, President Donald Trump reaffirmed our nation’s commitment to be the leader of the free world.”
