Preliminary hearings in the Tyler Robinson case, charged with the murder of Charlie Kirk, continue on Thursday, July 9.
Robinson is accused of assassinating Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk at the Utah Valley University campus during a debate on September 10, 2025.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty if Robinson’s case goes to trial and results in a conviction.
