A preliminary hearing is held for Tyler Robinson, accused of murdering Charlie Kirk, on Friday, July 10.
Robinson allegedly assassinated Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), on the Utah Valley University campus during a debate on September 10, 2025.
If brought to trial and found guilty, prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Robinson.
