As Sen. Rand Paul spoke to a crowd of supporters in South Carolina today, he was briefly interrupted as a drone buzzed overhead.
“Drone! Drone!” shouted people in the crowd, as Paul outlined his foreign policy positions in front of the U.S.S. Yorktown in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Others in the crowd laughed at the irony of the drone’s appearance at Paul’s rally.
The unmanned aircraft was also noticed by reporters who reported its appearance at the rally on Twitter.
