EDEN, N.C. — Police in Eden say they’ve made arrests after a mother allegedly facilitated an inappropriate relationship between her two teenage daughters and a 66-year-old man.

Detectives say they received a call on Tuesday, September 9th from someone who was concerned about the welfare of the two girls.

Police arrested and charged Teresa Vanover with 12 counts of Felony Child Abuse and Prostitution charges. She’s faces allegations of trafficking her two daughters to Thomas “Tommy” Obie Woodall. Woodall was arrested and charged with 12 counts of Felony Statutory Sex Offense.
