A Wisconsin farm worker admitted to police that he had sexual relations with a donkey at the barn where he worked. But the man had an excuse. His “privates were out of control,” he insisted.

Gideon Swartzentruber, 20, was fired after being caught in the act of molesting the donkey, but that wasn’t the end of his woes, as police also came calling.

According to the UK Mirror, Swartzentruber was charged with one misdemeanor count of sexual gratification with an animal.

Neillsville, Wisconsin, police eventually got the suspect to talk about the abuse.

A police report says that the suspect “kind of touched the donkey and was playing around being crazy.”

But then Swartzentruber told police he went further than just touching and admitted to sexually molesting the animal.

When asked why he did it, the 20-year-old farm worker said his “privates were out of control” and that he “got crazy and carried away.”

Swartzentruber swore to police he had never done anything like that before.

If convicted, Swartzentruber faces up to nine months in jail and a $10,000 fine.

By some reports, the donkey was not harmed.
